Okay, I just did.
I see people talking about the eclipse.
I see people talking about Wu-Tang Clan
I see something about National roller coaster day.
And something about Tim Allen.
Nothing about people trying to tear down a George Washington statue.

Interesting because when I type in George Washington. Its being talked about.
Generally these things get voted on, no?
The city voted to remove the statue in Charlottesville.
In Baltimore the democratically elected city council voted to remove a Confederate statue before removing it.
I imagine if this actually gains traction then it'll be on the ballot at some point and if people vote in Chicago to get rid of this statue, then it should go. If they vote to keep it, it should stay.

I just hope "should we sue over sanctuary city bs" is also on ballots here in Chicago.
Now Al Shartpon is blasting the Jefferson Memorial and wants it taken down.
