Huntress (Helena) Vs Katana: Which is More Impressive?

Which feat is more impressive? Katana blocking and cutting General Zod?

Or Helena Wayne defeating a Humanite with her fighting skills?

Who wins this fight?

OR

Is Huntress a good marksman?
