1.Given Anakin and Obi Wan were jobbing throughout the fights, and that they both have individually beaten Ventress solidly when actually serious, sure, why not.

3. Maybe. I have Qel Droma as a slight inferior to Kenobi in everything, so he "might" replicate the telekinetic stalemates. He would definitely go down in sabers due to him being a far inferior defensive combatant, and being unfamiliar with Anakin's fighting style.
Although I am not so sure Obi Wan had that advantage either. Vader's fighting style on Mustafar has outright been stated to be "far" more aggressive than Anakin's style.
4. I don't think he'd do it normally, forget whilst drugged. He could take them in a lightsaber battle though given the other two were fodder in dueling.
