Rules:
- You add 2 points on one character or
- Deduct 2 points ton one character or
- You can add 2 points on one character and deduct 2 points to another character.
- You can only vote 5 times per day and can only post after 2 other posters have voted.
- If there has been no activity for 4 hours, you can vote again.
