Cho was shown unable to even thunderclap some flames out recently, despite trying really hard.

He also one shot Old Man Logan and Sabes though, which is pretty ridiculous.

Sabes, fair enough. OML though, throughout the entire history, consistently complains about how his HF is nothing like what it used to be.....he needs days to heal from bullet wounds, for example, whereas Logan heals from them on panel.
