why do you think he wins? Durge did very well against Anakin (just a few months before ROTS too), beat down Obiwan, and even killed a few other Jedi masters. Not only that, but Sion hasn't seen some of the weapons that Durge uses.

On a Dark side nexus and only because he kept being re-animated from the dead. Even Atton Rand is capable of besting Sion in a 1-v-1 fight, whereas Durge is regularly challenging Jedi who sh!t on Rand.

He's LT Laurita Tohm(later becoming an Admiral, praised by Palpating himself), Imperial Navy, valedictorian of his class despite having only one arm and one eye to work with thanks to the CIS. He's a pretty good shot despite all that.
