Snoke's Mega Star Destroyer?

Do any of you believe the rumors that Snoke has an enormous Star Destroyer, (cheesily named Mega), and do you think it can destroy planets?

The Mega Star Destroyer is the name and it seems set in stone, but I haven't read any reliable information suggesting it can destroy worlds.

I doubt the term would be used for anything besides merchandise.
