Darth Vader Canonically Superior to Darth Nihilus?

I've heard rumors that there's a quote floating around out there that states/confirms that Vader>Nihilus (in Legends). Whoever has it or knows of it, would you mind posting it?

Depending on the interpretation there's certainly a case to be made for Nihilus to be super overrated regarding his actual powers.

No canon confirmation. Avellone said he considered Sidious and Vader to be "the ultimate dark side badasses" though, so maybe that's what they mean?

And that was Vader just after the suit, ROTJ Vader is infinitely better.

kar vastor was not much more powerful than windu, otherwise windu wouldn't have been able to ground his force choke:
"Jedi Padawans learn to counter Force kinesis before they even begin lightsaber training. Additionally that was a pre-prime windu who's performances as a duelist were well below Dooku's. Mace in his prime is noted to be above dooku as an 8 bordering 9 while dooku is a plain 8.
