unless bp has developed immunity to tk, black wouldn't bother with tp. black kills him 100/100. without very specific prep, this is most definitely spite.

This is a difficult one for BP to win Riv. With prep T'Challa would have a fair shot, but without prep there is no way T'Challa can win outside extreme PIS/CIS.

Not sure what kind of countermeasures can block that..

Even tp blocking is iffy, given Superman has some very high end feats against tp, and Black casually mind screwed him in a way not seen since Milton Fine Brainiac (A character who could give Cassandra Nova a good challenge..)
