Um, being able to fly a missile over Japan isn't due to new tech, it's just picking the direction. NK sent missiles further in past test. Surely you knew that as it was all over the news.

Honestly, think about who you are dealing with. Let's say Kim was doing all this and Trump stayed silent. You know what the NK response would be? Look, they can't stop us! They don't even pretend to try!
