The way Hancock casually lifts, throws and generally uses stuff that weighs tons its superior to any of these guys individually but I dunno if he can take all three at once; especially if Thor has Mjolnir

Hancock is definitely the strongest guy on the field, but I don't think he can beat all three.

His strength was unmatched, I think he could.

If/when he fights smart, Hancock is fast enough to zip around and hit them harder than they've ever been hit. He could even BFR them if necessary.
