Dark Council quote?

I recall a quote saying DC members would have been Dark lords of the Sith if they were born in other eras. If that's true, would this mean DC members at least rival the likes of say, Ajunta Pall?

Ajunta Pall was the first of the Ancient Sith, wasn't he? I personally don't see how he would be so great. He would certainly pale in comparison to people like Freedon Nadd, or Exar Kun.

He was the first Sith Lord, not the first Sith. Adas and Dathka Graush for instance, preceded him.
