Blood Drive (SyFy Grindhouse)

Anybody seen this show? My friend recommended it to me... looks like it might be amusing in sort of the same way as Ash vs. Evil dead meets Mad Max...

Have avoided it up until now. It does get more appealing to me each time I see a new trailer though. I'll be running out of things to watch soon so I may start on this.

Well, it has pretty good reviews on RT, surprisingly.

Well, I watched the first episode for this. It might get better, but I didn't find it particularly funny. Morbid, yes. But not very darkly humorous and the characters aren't particularly interesting. But I might give it another episode or two before I make up my mind whether to continue or not. It's a Mad Max rip-off for sure.

I just get a "trying too hard" vibe from it.
