I think that Caiera has the edge. They both have pretty decent skills, so I'm having a tough time giving a definite answer on how a H2H battle would go? Caiera, and Barda underwent similar training in terms of warrior skills, so that's a wash. They're both super humanly strong Barda has better lifting feats, Caiera has better pushing power feats, which automatically turns into a major strike for the person unfortunate enough to be standing in its path. As for power, Barda has her Beta club with massive strength backing her, while Caiera has the Old power as I mentioned, which has had some impressive showings. If I recall correctly, the Old power would have sated Galactus for thousands of years in Caiera's case. Hiro Kala used the Old Power with crazy amounts of skill and power, even becoming the big kahuna down in the Microverse. Skaar had moments that made him a walking powerhouse. Both brothers had the ability to adapt to different wavelengths of energy due to the old powers abilities. I'd actually be interested to see Barda's feats.

Caiera wins a heavy majority tbh. At one point she possessed as Hulk and stalemated Surfer. Monster of a character.

Barda has a Motherbox, and Boom tube capabilities.

Also fought and was having the upper hand against WW 1 Million, though iirc she didn't want to fight?
