That was then. Prometheus works better with prep, but even without it, he's still a beast. Midnighter has trouble with him, because he couldn't dish the pain to take him down. What Huntress did won't work this time.

Yes, but a fully prepped Prometheus has a lot more tech on his side. He's like Batman on crack.
