I don't know how one actually argues against the Flash. He's the fastest, period. Why should anyone be able to touch him in an environment where he isn't hindered by plot?

Flash easily after all brb uses lightning and flash also uses lightning. She uses wind and flash also creates twisters and vortexes he is virtually untouchable and can create a mirage and phase (but first, is brb thor girl as I watch movies not read comics)
