Was this done before? I can't remember.

Wade Wilson in the Origins opening did flurries with his dual swords to block incoming automatic rifle fire and split a bullet in half to hit two different goons.

He gets my vote, though Blade is top-tier "street leveler" like Cap, BP, and the sort.
