Nah, Blade can't take on all of them. At least not unless he's amped. He'd still have trouble hurting Cage and IF can still take him out.
All that combined with the fact that he has both swords and guns in his standard arsenal? The Defenders don't stand a chance. Cage is the only one keeping it from being a full out stomp, and it's only a matter of how much punishment he can take from Blade before going down.

Ya full-on death stomp by Blade to Black Sky. Cage is only Defender that can possibly stop him as well.
