Rank them by (their enemies') power

On the high end of the scale (as all heroes have lame villains) who has the most powerful villains.
No, you dont have to list the villains themselves, just rank the heroes.

Villains that are 'everyone's', like Darkseid dont count.

Superman
Wonder Woman
Flash

Superman (Mxy)
Lantern (Volthoom, Krona)
Flash (Zooms)
WW (Circe, Ares)

Am very happy for Flash and WW to be switched round.

As much as I disagree with not being able to use Darkseid, you could still put in Doomsday and keep him pretty high on the list. Brainiac too.
