Well, outside of undead Viserion and theoretical giant ice spiders, the undead giants are perhaps the most dangerous things in the Undead army. That bow shot from the battle at Castle Black was ridiculous
Yeah.
Also the dead bears and wolves. They can be very ferocious

We lost the wilfire...Quanchis rules.
But we agreed on 500 Greyjoy ships with fire catapults?

Not a big loss. The Iron Fleet would only be useful for coastal sieges, transport, naval and river battles. but those trebutchets mounted on Euron's ships, and Dany's ships have some range. Not as much as the trebutchets in Minas Tirith, but enough to fling their payloads a few hundred meters inland from the sea.

5000 Dothraki is find or should we increase?

I thought the 40,000 number was being conservative. After all, there was a lot more than one Khalasar in Vaes Dothrak when Dany burned down the temple of the Dosh Khaleen. And each Khalasaar was numbered in the tens of thousands.
Increase it to 10k then. To make it possible for Quanchi to win then. Haha
