Flash has been tagged by things moving much slower than lightning before even when he was already faster than RF.
In any case, RF wouldn't be able to lay a hand on Thor while Thor is electrically charged.

1) Characters fight at their very best in a Forum Fight...
2) No PIS in a Forum Fight...
3) Flash is not the Reverse Flash and thus you cant pin things that have happened to Flash on Eobard...
Reverse Flash could be on Thor and phase his hand right into Thor's eyeballs long before he could activate his AoE...
Especially when you consider that the starting distance in a Forum Fight is 100 yards...

1. Being at their best doesn't mean that their weaknesses are suddenly removed nor are they exempt from the normal rigors of battle. It's like saying Kobe Bryant can always hit 81 points in any game despite the fact that he only did that once and normally averages 30-40 pts.
2. Getting tagged by superhuman opponents is not PIS. It's valid feats unless it's completely ridiculous.
3. Correct. Flash is actually better than RF. Faster.
Eobard wouldn't be able to phase his hand into Thor while Thor is covered in an electric current, not if Eobard doesn't want to get knocked out.

1) This point of yours is a strawman. We are talking about RF and any references that are not specific to him are off topic...
2) Once again, no PIS in a Forum Fight; RF failing to do something (or avoid something) that he logically could is a PIS showing as a result...

With Ragnarok being added to MCU's huge line of successes it's evident MCU won't be going down any time soon.
Let's admit it! MCU never fails to deliver! I even liked Ragnarok more than any previous Thor movie!
[B] MCU just keeps giving MASSIVE PUNCHES while DC is desperately looking to redeem itself with Justice League.
Even if Justice League manages to pull out a rabbit from the hat, It would still require a LONNNNNNGGGGG line of successes to equal's the MCU.
Into my perspective...I see it quite impossible for DC to even compete against what MCU has accomplish.
Until now, Marvel just keeps wrecking.
