Honestly, it just seems like something these turdmunglers would do.
I'm also very confident that no one's going to jail over this, maybe they'll have to pay a "hefty" fine of $5,000.00 each, which isn't even a 1/10th of a percent of the money they've made by selling their stocks conveniently right before a plummet and then likely buying them back at the reduced price
