I want to say Venom.
Lizard was able to stomp the fastest on screen spidey to date, but Venom stomped the strongest and most durable who was also a bullet timer (not to Garfield levels, but a bullet timer). Lizard will put up a better fight than Spidey did, but Venom may just flat out overpower and out damage him enough to overcome Lizards healing factor.
