It took the combined firepower of Thor, Vision and IM to damage Ultron enough to makw him vulnerable to Hulk's attacks. I don't believe Faora has that kind of firepower. Then again, not sure if Ultron is strong enough to hurt Faora either, other than breaking her mask.
