Captain Cold Vs Juggernaut

Can CC's ability to create absolute zero, completely inhibiting atomic movement trump Juggernaut's Cyttorak derived unstoppable momentum factor?

^^^Well i know he (CC) can slow down a Flash, was wondering if he could stop a Juggernaut.

Didn't Juggernaut just get stopped/slowed down by Iceman.

Indeed. In the recent Dr.Strange story "last days of magic" covered this subject. Advanced technology from Empirikul nearly wiped out all of magic. There is other stories where magic > science. So flip a coin depending on the writer which one trumps the other

Depending on the writer, but the original Juggernaut depictions had him walking through Iceman's powers as if they meant nothing to him, At his best I'll say that Captain Cold would have no effect on Cain.

Which is why I mentioned that it would depend on the writer. Cain at his best would ignore Iceman as he has in the past, or all the X-Men would have ever needed to stop the bum would be Bob. That was never the case until writers began attempting to nerf Cain. IMO Cain would scare the living shit out of Captain Cold in a comic.

Well if you going by juggernaut's best then have to do that for Cold who can manipulate reality with his cold gun.

However in the herochat thread this came from (and before iceman incident) I said cold couldn't stop juggernaut. Perhaps slow down but not stop

I can dig it. He may be able to slow him down. The concrete foundation, and mountain that he fell in or that fell on top of him slowed him down.

I don't think he can stop Juggy. Magic.
