Regarding Frieza versus Toppo...I still favor Toppo there. I'd argue it was implied before the tournament that Toppo is at least on par with KK SSB Goku, (and it seems that Goku in the Zen Exhibition Match was going to go Limit Breaker against Toppo) who is above Golden Frieza.

Well as far as we know Current Ssb Goku and Golden Frieza are equals. So Jiren 1 pieces him.
