Former leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP) Nigel Farage has announced he will campaign for Steve Bannon-backed Alabama U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore.

The Brexiteer and outspoken Donald Trump supporter will pit himself against the president by supporting Moore, who is facing off with Trump’s preferred candidate Luther Strange.

The Guardian reported Farage intends to attend a rally for Moore along with Bannon and former Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson, who will be supporting the controversial candidate on the eve of the Tuesday election.

Moore was elected to the position of Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court in 2001, but removed from his position in November 2003 by the Alabama Court of the Judiciary for refusing to remove a monument of the Ten Commandments commissioned by him from the Alabama Judicial Building, despite orders to do so by a federal court.

Farage is just such a colossal c*nt.

Yes he is.

Imagine hiring a guy to get you elected who's tried and failed 7 times to get elected to his own country's parliament.

Roy Moore is also a pile of shit, so it's a fitting match it seems

This is a great thread

Moore Won in a landslide.

This came down to Moore vs Washington Establishment.

Didn't Trump back the other guy?

Yes. Luther got a bad name from Breitbart. Moore is more a Trumper at heart then Luther. and he will easily win in 2018. There is a populace movement coming hence when Corker, Chaffitz and others are not running for re election.

Haha, I hadn't looked at it like that but yes, the most counter-intuitive thing you could do where Scots are concerned that and challenge a Glaswegian to a knife fight. Unless you are from Dundee that is.

So it would seem Rob, I only looked him up after this, but yes, you are right.

Or even like if he just tried and failed twice times to win the most powerful position in his country? It'd be funny to see such a person try again, especially if they had an epic failure and third time wasn't the charm.

Bet you've moved away 😉

After Roy Moore won the Alabama Republican Senate primary last night, Trump began deleting Tweets backing Luther Strange:

Unfortunately for him, under the Presidential Records Act, all of his tweets must be archived, so he is now being sued by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics.

😆

Actually he isn't. The tweets are automatically saved by Congress as soon as they are tweeted. Even if they are deleted. So you just lied, again.

😂

"Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics".

Why do I get the feeling those are the Last things that group actually stands for...

And his lawyers are free to make that argument before a court, but as of this morning, CREW is suing him over it, so . . .

Frivolous Law Suits....gotta love em.
