Jiren wins. Goku adding red to his blue was able to damage Zamasu. Goku with a higher amp is going to be fodder to Jiren. Probably a holding back Jiren.

Zamasu is immortal. Even if Jiren could overpower him with a flick, he'd still die of old age before he could win.

How does he win, Zamasu is immortal and his power level keeps increasing. It took Zeno to kill him off.

Merged Zamasu isn't immortal. This was outright said during the show. When he merged with Goku Black, he lost his immortality which is the reason Trunks was able to kill his physical form. In regards to his transformation afterwards. If Jirens takes him out immediately without letting him cross the Universe, Jiren wins.

He was immortal hence why when trunks killed him, he didn't die. Zeno had to kill him.

And in the manga, his immortality is why Goku tried to erase him.

Because he's immortal.

Goku used to kill all the time in Dragon Ball.. Outright murdered Red Ribbon Army mooks, Agent Black, Piccolo. Now he doesn't so much, but Vegeta does, and he was a part of Vegeto too.

Either way, the Final Kamehameha didn't even slow Zamasu down.
