Thanos resisted universal,powers aligned to stop him. See how easy it is to use your own narrow based logic to prove a point. Supedman has been casually turned to salt and killed by the Spectre. Comics are inconsistent but you don't read them so I doubt you've figured this out yet.

i actually agree with this. he'd shred the armor then get killed in the explosion. but it would still count as a win for supes imo. unless he proved capable of ko'ing monarch without breaching the armor but since i don't think that was ever done hard to say what it would take. /shrug
