Clegane has been abandoned.

Well, Clegane's normal advantages are strength, reach and toughness. Blackhand is arguably his equal/superior in all those categories, plus seems visibly faster as well. The only advantage Gregor has is armour, but if a Sparrow with a spiked club can get through it, Blackhand definitely can.
