Doesnt prove anything.
First of all, No one said Vibranium was weak. Vibranium can withstand a lot. It is a very durable metal. But Adamantium is still stronger.
Electricity is a form of energy. Vibranium doesnt get affected by it.

Thats right. But it doesnt mean Vibranium is invulnerable to Energy.
Enough energy and it might bend or shatter. But we havent seen those levels of energy yet (We have to wait until infinity war).
Also, Vibranium isnt that durable against getting cut.
A sharp enough object could cut trhough it (Like Adamantium or Super Hot Adamantium).

Show movie Vibranium being cut.

No.
If adamantium which is a harder metal can be cut, then Vibranium obviously gets sliced. ITS LOGIC.
