Right, but Superman Prime is not the counterpart of the Anti-Monitor and the Anti-Monitor is not the counterpart of Superman Prime, regardless of which energies they merged with. Their positive / negative energies are not necessarily the components that the In-Betweener would require.

He doesn't need an opposite being, he would need opposite components within his being that have a dichotomy. He also wouldn't have to create anything, he doesn't require it. He didn't create Mistress Death, yet his powers forced her to destroy the Elders of the Universe against her will.
Being Universal or Multiversal would only be relevant to the space in which they fought. If they battle within a single universe, assuming that the In-Betweener's powers are active in that space, he would still have access to the components that would nullify prime.
Again, he was able to overpower and override Mistress Death in a specific scenario. I'm pretty confident he can do the same to Prime.

Right, but we're talking about Superman Prime, not the Anti-Monitor. In Marvel, the concepts of Chaos and Order exist in every Universe (or so we have to assume with the data presented). So per my previous point, I think it depends on what space they fight within. If Superman Prime is able to exist both himself and IB from a Universal space, into a space outside of a single Universe, than the In-Betweener would have nothing to draw his power from.
Thanos was able to defeat the In-Betweener within the Nexus of Reality, a specific space where Chaos and Order merged. His powers were inactivated. So it really depends where they are.
