The Sentinels have never dealt with anything close to Vision’s level of strength (knocking over Giant Man), or anything close to the power of his infinity stone. Nor is he an organic being whose “mutant” powers can be imitated or absorbed.
And of course there’s nothing there can do about his Infinity ahem energy blasts.
