If you choose to, this means that upon Rose McGowan informing Ben Afleck about Weinsteins behavior towards her he responded by saying "I told him to stop doing that".

If you believe the stories then it means he tried to make some kind of move on Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Pitt confronted Weinstein at a movie premiere over it. This was decades ago.
