TCW Movie Kenobi vs Ventress

Kenobi's far beyond Ventress as of the TCW Movie:

"It was a lot of fun to do this scene with James. Kenobi, most of the time has to play the serious one. But here we get to see him relax and just have a bit of fun banter with Ventress. He's very relaxed, he ultimately is in no danger from her. He's just buying time for Anakin"

Yea, she may have even surpassed him as of season 3.

But then she became a bounty hunter and as of Dark Desciple, Kenobi's showing superiority to her in spite of a darkside nexus.

Uh, why would she stop growing?

She likely wouldn't grow at as fast of a rate, but I don't see why she would lose her skills while working as a bounty hunter.

We don’t just assume everyone keeps grows until they die. When you’re calling someone at their peak you need something to show that.
