Ghost Rider Vs Ares

Who wins

I ghost rider but not sure if he can physically hurt Ares. Ghost rider didn't seem that strong or impervious to me in the movies.

Which Ghost Rider?

MCU version it's a stalemate, Ares can't hurt Robbie and Robbie probably won't tag Ares with his chains.

Not sure about the movie version

The Penance Stare would do really nasty things to Ares, if he was to feel the pain, suffering and torment of everyone affected by his crimes.

He doesn't know penance state in the MCU

I just assumed that since the OP didn't specify anything that it was the movie version.

And I didn't know that the Ghost Rider of MCU didn't know the PS.
