How powerful is Cronal?

I don't know much about him, where do you all place him? Why? Trying to get a feel for how strong he is.

As for why he could be sids-level?

->He's potrayed as a second coming of Sidious

->Is likened to Sidious multiple times

->Sidious was unable to fully grasp the dark power he mastered

->Stover repeatedly describes him in virtually the same way as he described Sidious, as a blackhole.

I should add, his raw power, or fundamental connection to the force, rivals Vastor's. Vastor off course being someone who's raw power was on the scale of Yoda and Anakin.
