Since the OP never gave any specifications for this match, several assumptions must be made:

1. Voldemort has his Horrucruxes.

2. He never stated which Avangers, therefore we can use all heroes or which weapons.

Voldemort could never pass Scarlet Witch. Even if he does, he could never overpower Vision. And if he still does, it is 100% possible that he won't survive Dr. Strange.

So, in that aspect, Voldemort loses.
