Really, because one Celestial seems to be giving a team that consists of Odin (with Mjolnir), Phoenix, Agamoto, Starbrand, and a couple other heavy weights a difficult time.

I've NEVER seen a Cube Being job my friend.
The Sentry briefly restrained a CCU, a CCU failed to outright obliterate Thanos, the Hulk gave the Shaper of Worlds fits. My point is that you can't use low showings to make a decision. The team that's having trouble with a rogue Celestial is pretty powerful, and there really isn't any proof that they are weak.
If we're going by feats, Kubik stomps -- subtly warping the Beyonder's entire universe into a palm-sized ball is FAR superior to anything a Celestial(sans Scathan) has done on panel:
On the flip side, Kubik himself remarked that the power of Celestials is several orders of magnitude above the level of he and Kosmos:

However, statements and implied power alone can only get you so far in a vs. battles. Feats are what matter the most here, and as far as I'm concerned, Kubik's statement regarding the Celestials' powers is a massive outlier these days -- the exception; certainly NOT the rule. Fact is, Celestials have been trounced by FAR lesser powers than Kubik. /shrug
