Canon Lightsaber Fight Descriptions
Here's some dueling descriptions from the new Canon PT Stories book:
Qui-Gon vs Darth Maul, Tatooine:
The hum of clashing weapons echoed across the desert as the creature's powerful strokes drove Qui-Gon backward. The Jedi's lightsaber shook as he blocked the intruder's blows. Qui-Gon couldn't hold him off much longer! Just as the creature jumped into the air to strike Qui-Gon down, the Jedi leapt onto the lowered ramp of the ship. The doors closed and the starship flew away. Qui-Gon had escaped!

Qui-Gon vs Darth Maul, Naboo:
When Qui-Gon finally reached Maul, the young Jedi watched helplessly as his mentor faced Darth Maul alone. Qui-Gon fought ferociously, ducking and parrying his enemy's attacks with dizzying speed! But as Obi-Wan made it to the edge of the final energy barrier between him and his ally, the battle took an ugly turn. Darth Maul caught Qui-Gon off guard and landed a deadly blow.

Yoda vs Count Dooku, Geonosis:
The Separatist leader leapt across the room toward the Jedi Master. Yoda's blade clashed against the Count's. Wherever Dooku's blade was, so was Yoda's. It was impossible for Dooku to create an opening.

Anakin vs Count Dooku, Invisible Hand:
Using the Force, Dooku sent Obi-Wan flying. The Jedi Knight was knocked unconscious. It would be up to Anakin to defeat Dooku alone, but the Sith Lord was confident he would be the victor. Anakin attacked the Count with each greater ferocity. He was stronger than Dooku, and soon the Count was on his knees, begging for mercy.
