Christian Apologists/Preachers vs Muslim Apologists/Preachers: Which are worse?

Both of them can give you a massive headache, I've seen Christians make terrible arguments for Christianity and take preaching too far just like Muslims do.

Muslim ones have to do a lot more mental gymnastics these days because of how often sht happens.
