Kale would trash anyone below universal tier, and keep up with some low level multiversals.

She’d pull a majority on Superboy Prime, at full power with his anti-monitor armor- and she'd do it easily.

You’d need someone that operates on a level higher than 3 dimensions, most likely. More than Imperiex Prime, but less than The Thought Robot.
