Classic outfit he used on Bane.

Bane's on Venom.

Ra's and Talia have... swords, I guess. And whatever else counts as "standard gear" for them, whether it"s throwing stars or whatever.

Hmmm. Unless it has been retconned by some silly crap. Ra's could cut Bane to ribbions with a sword. He has done it before. First Version AzBats outfit is pretty well equipped. He is def the bigger threat then Bane.

Pre 52 Bane stalemated Ra's in a sword deal for a while until Ra's got the upperhand. But that was after Bane had to escape Ra's dungeon and fight all of his many guards and defeat Ubu. New 52 Bane is significantly stronger, faster, heals faster and even smarter than before. Bane took many Talons stabbing him while he was breaking their necks and cracking their skulls. He would burst Ra's head like a grape.

So they had to give Bane Super Powres.

Actually they upgraded Ra's with weird magic crap and yet he still got beat by Jason Todd.

He gave Bats a nice fight, though.

Before Bats lost his shit and went the Mountain on poor Ra's...
