And "First step" according to Marxism is evil, oppressive, tyrannical, and genocidal. And once you reach the impossible to reach hypothetical communist utopia, all it takes is one person who decides they want private property, and either the whole thing falls apart or the person gets oppressed or killed by the society.

It basically sets the stage for dictators too. Over and over.
Every Communist country stalls at the dictatorship of the proletariat. The guys who are supposed to transition power post-Revolution to the people have a tendency to do that whole... guys who have absolute power thing. They keep it. They've all read the Dictator's Handbook, they're not stupid enough to let power go.

I don't think a completely communistic country can exist. You would have to convince every person that no matter what you do or how great your achievements, you make and get the same as everyone else. I guess you could try and force the concept, but then you run into revolution. I just can't see it happening
