I know of westernized/moderate/casual Muslims who accidentally ate pork. They didn't force themselves to puke it up or freak out; they simply accepted that it happened unintentionally and moved on.

I personally don't eat pork because of how greasy and nasty it is. I'm starting to phase out beef but do enjoy myself some Five Guys every now and then. My prostate doesn't appreciate it though 🙁 .
