I haven't watched S2 Supergirl yet, but I know S1 Supergirl gets stomped. She may be strong and fast but she's a very crappy fighter.

Oh jeez Hela stomps.

Kara sucks, she gets beat up

Season 3 Supergirl has generally been more impressive than she has been before. She's definitely improved a lot as a fighter, and she seems more consistent in her use of abilities as well. However, if Hela's blades can damage her, I see Supergirl losing. I don't see Kara being able to avoid Hela spamming those swords at her for long.

Also Hela seems to heal insanely quick or just not be damaged by injuries as she was impaled clean through and only grunted from surprise.
