Wasn't that pre crisis Flash? I have to agree with Abhil on this. Not to take anything away from Flash, but just how often does he go all out? If we aren't going by averages and only using the highest showings, we should look at Superman, and the Hulk' s best showings. That would open up a can of worms that most wouldn't want to accept.
