Look at the Namora/Ms. Marvel fight as a guide.
Namora actually overpowered and pinned Carol on land and Carol even acknowledged her strength advantage, so she used her beams to knock her away. They go back and forth a few then Carol knocks her into a hydrant. Then it got ugly for Carol.
AM wins on land, AM destroys her near any body of water.

No trident for Arthur, Carol can't go binary. Who wins?
Aquaman's telepathy is undefined for now against these type of adversaries, but that would make it pretty one-sided.
The problem with both in my opinion is consistency and that ranges depending on the writer
Stohl isn't writing Carol how Bendis did or her previous writer who had her bust a state sized meteor.
And Aquaman doesn't seem to be operating at his Johns/Parker and even Bunn's level under Abnett. Id argue Arthur has more going for him though given alot of what those writers did for him. While Carol is a bit limited on impressive feats
