By using special bottle trick. Because he can't defend against it. Roshi can use lightning attack to hold him still and Tien can use containment wave if they really needed too.

In character, they have nothing. BUT what they have at their disposal is Krillen's destructo disk, roshi's glasses, and solar flare. Which is enough to win. But not something that would be used.
