It should though, cos there's a huge difference between pretending to grab breast and actually grabbing breast when both are unwanted. The former is in poor taste; the latter is sexual assault. A big difference I'd say.

If he did what is said he needs to be put in jail for the next few decades. As for Franken, I just don't know how sincere I find him. Seriously though, how hilarious would it be if that were the outcome of sexual predation.... I don't mean allegations but outright facts/proof.
I'd bet the thought of neutering would lower this crime significantly.............not so much for women but they tend to make up a smaller percentage anyway.

That is what I believe should happen. The threat needs to be removed. So either imprisonment or...castration. Castration is no doubt cheaper in the long run.
